After a complete reconstruction, it now houses 6 premium apartments,
as well as a prime commercial space.

HORECA Space
With a capacity for 100 customers indoor and another 50 customers outside, the multi use commercial space occupies the ground and 1st floors of the Bombeiros project.

The space is fully equiped with air conditioning and ventilation, as well as electrical outlets. It is ready to be finished by a potential tennant or owner.

The space can also be re-equiped for alternative uses, such as shops, studios and etc.

We offer 5 apartments designed and built with premium materials and furnished kitchens.

All available apartments have a two floor configuration, with bedrooms occupying the bottom floor and kitchens/living rooms on the top floor.

A Piece of History
Located in the historic Baixa area. For centuries it was here that Portuguese monarchs and aristocrats lived, while in the 20th century the area was loved by some of the greats stars of theater and cinema.

Bombeiros apartments occupy the 8th Fire Department, and its walls stand upon Lisbons medieval fortifications - "Muralha Fernandina''.
Avenida da Liberdade
The center of Lisboette life. Avenida da Liberdade is populated by luxury boutiques, 5-star hotels and some of the best restaurants in the city.
Rossio ´King Pedro IV´ Square
